U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District

Congressman Massie visits the headquarters of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, on October 24th to meet with Army Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels who will be assuming command of districts ranging from Japan to New York. Congressman Massie took questions and talked about the congressional appropriations process and what members of Congress look for in their annual meetings with district commanders. Kentucky Life Sciences Council

Congressman Massie participates in a Kentucky Life Sciences Council forum on October 24th to talk about proposed patent legislation and the negative effects it could have on the economy. As a small inventor with 29 U.S. patents, Congressman Massie believes that so-called patent reform threatens American inventors, particularly individual inventors and those working at small businesses and startups.
